If you need a screenshot of a web page, you must use a specialized application, with autoscroll capabilities, to capture the entire page. Alternatively, you can try Gadwin Web Snapshot and take snapshots of entire web pages, with a single click. The application integrates with Internet Explorer, so you may capture one or more web pages while browsing. Once you have your screenshot, you can make various adjustments right away.

Gadwin Web Snapshot works on numerous Windows platforms, from Win 98 to Win 7 and it is compatible with Internet Explorer 5 or any later edition. The setup kit is only 3 MB and you can install the application almost instantly.

Once installed, you don't have to look for the application's executable. You just need to launch Internet Explorer, access a web site and click the Web Snapshot option from the browser's interface. This will load a screenshot of the entire web page, on a simple image processor.

After capturing a web page, you can use different options to make annotations on the image, resize and rotate it, increase or decrease its contrast and brightness. You may also transform the image to grayscale or negative and apply a few effects, such as sharpen, blur or shadow.

When your adjustments are complete, you can save the screenshot as an image, in JPG, BMP, PNG or TIF format or as a PDF document. Alternatively, you may copy the screenshot to the clipboard, print it or send it to your contacts, by email.

Pros

You can take a snapshot of an entire web page, from top to bottom. The application allows you to make annotations and apply various effects on the screenshot, before you save it.

Cons

Gadwin Web Snapshot is not compatible with other web browsers, like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. With Gadwin Web Snapshot, you will be able to save any web page, as an image or PDF file, as fast and easy as possible.
